My 10 favorite movies to watch

This is in response to Dine's Blog. They are in no particular order:

1 - Miss Congeniality
2 - The devil wears Prada
3 - Grosse Point Blanck
4 - Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind
5 - Maveric
6 - 50 first dates
7 - Lost in translation
8 - Highschool music
9 - Pride and Prejudice
10 - Romy and Michelle's Highschool reunion.

I have probably watched each of these movies more than 10 times. Most of them are also my twinsister's favourite and we used to watch them together ALL the time and laugh like crazy.

I can just see all the media people in church cringing at this list. Deal with it!

I also like any musical. That is why highschool musical made it's way unto the list. It is flippen rediculous, but so much fun. I can't wait for the 3rd one to come out. Nico is preparing himself for the worst. Hehe.

that is an AWESOME movie list! although i don't know about high school musical. admittedly i haven't actually watched it, so i should reserve judgement i guess... the only musical i liked was mary poppins. oh, and the lion king play was pretty amazing.

i think you'll be pleasantly surprised by HSM claire bear. my friend candice swore she would hate it but now that she's seen it she's obsessed. and she's a lot like you. um, and OH MY GOODNESS how are we even friends if you dont like musicals?!?!?! hello, the sound of music, moulin rouge, chicago, phantom of the opera...? we'll have to talk about this.

what is maveric? i've never heard of it...

also ruth i think you should invite me to read your blog :)

ok enough talking nonsense i better work.

I'm glad to say i've only seen 3 of those movies... and only 1nce each. Maveric is quite fun, esp if you're into the Mel Gibson sense of humour (and if you like westerns).

Luckily I'm a big fan of musicals in general, eg le mis, phantom etc. Why people have to adulterate them by putting them on a movie screen beats me. Broadway is way better than hollywood.
